Tumor Endothelial Cells (AraHH001) (ID# 7856)

Mouse and Human Tumour Endothelial Cells (mTECs and hTECs)
43.8 nM (reported value)
Selection Buffer: 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 5 mM KCl, 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM MgCl2, 250 mM sucrose and 0.1% sodium azide.
Heated at 80°C for 10 min, then slowly cooled.
Did not bind to skin-endothelial cells, OS-RC-EC, RFP-SM, HUVEC, and HMVEC cell lines. Bound to mOS-RC-EC from a different origin.
Additional testing by Ara et al. revealed AraHH001 impaired the ability of mTECs to form capillary-like structures in a matrigel. Also, confocal microscopy showed that AraHH001 is internalized by the cell into acid compartments.
