Did not bind to skin-endothelial cells, OS-RC-EC, RFP-SM, HUVEC, and HMVEC cell lines. Bound to mOS-RC-EC from a different origin.
Additional testing by Ara et al. revealed AraHH001 impaired the ability of mTECs to form capillary-like structures in a matrigel. Also, confocal microscopy showed that AraHH001 is internalized by the cell into acid compartments.
