IGFBP3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein 3)
Protein
8 nM (reported value)
Library was injected into ovarian bursa of female C57BL6/athymic nude mice for in vivo SELEX. 4.5 g/L glucose, 5 mM MgCl2, 1 mg/mL BSA, 0.1 mg/mL salmon sperm DNA in DPBS, pH 7.4 at 37 °C for 30 min in the dark.

NA If the oligo is a known aptamer sequence: For binding studies, perform a refolding protocol to ensure proper function (i.e. binding to antigen or target). Refer to the aptamer reference source for the appropriate refolding parameters and binding conditions. Note: it is unknown whether aptamer functions properly without refolding.
In vivo SELEX with a DNA pool enriched through prior in vitro cell-SELEX on ovarian cancer patient-derived cells (ID8/PDC3). Mice were intravenously injected with 200 pmol of Cy5-labeled pool and sacrificed 1 h later for tumor collection. 3 pools/rounds were done to obtain current sequence.
