Aptamers (200 nM concentration in folding buffer) are heated to 95 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes and placed on ice. Nucleocapsid proteins are incubated with 100 ul of aptamers at a 200 nM concentration for 2 hours and washed with 300 ul of 1x ELISA wash buffer.
