The aptamer was refolded by heating at 95 °C for 10 minutes, followed by cooling to 60 °C for 1 minute, then rapidly cooling to 4 °C for 5 minutes before use.
Specific for procymidone; no cross-reactivity to iprodione, chlozolinate, dimethachlon, or vinclozolin
Seq15 was developed via Capture-SELEX using an immobilized ssDNA library and showed high specificity and sensitivity. It was used in a lateral flow assay with a detection limit of 0.79 ng/mL in spiked vegetable samples.
