Ampicillin (AMP17) (ID# 490)

Ampicillin (AMP17)
* The secondary structure may not be accurate because of MFOLD limitations on chemistries other than RNA/DNA.
DNA Ampicillin Small Organic 13.4 nM (reported value) Binding Buffer: 20mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 50 mM NaCl, 5 mM KCl, 5 mM MgCl2. Heated at 90°C for 3 min and then cooled at 4°C for 1 hour. Because of AMP17's ability to aggregate on gold nanoparticles at lower salt concentrations than the other two aptamers, AMP17 was further evaluated in a colorimetric-fluorometric assay.
