RNA DNA Lesion 7,8-dihydro-8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-oxodG) Small Organic 5 µM (reported value) Binding buffer: 20 mM NH4CH3CO2 (pH 6.0), 300 mM NaCl, and 5 mM MgCl2. Denatured in boiling water bath for 1 minute and then mixed with 10 ul of 200 mM NH4CH3CO2 (pH 6.0), 3 M NaCl, and 50 mM MgCl2, and allowed to renature for 1 hour.
