DNA Virulent mycobacterium tuberculosis (H37Rv) Protein 31 nM (reported value) Binding buffer: 25 mM Tris-HCl, 50 mM KCl, 200 mM NaCl, 0.2 mM EDTA, 5.0% (v/v) glycerol, and 0.5 mM DTT. ssDNA was heated at 85°C for 15 min and snap-cooled on ice for 3 min. Inhibits H37Rv invasion of macrophage and stimulates secretion of cytokines IFN-&gamma, IL-15, and IL-17.
