For platelet function analysis(performed at RT):
Platelet binding buffer: 150 mM NaCl, 20 mM Hepes pH 7.5; 5 mM KCL; 1 mM MgCl2, and 1 M CaCl2.
N/A If the oligo is a known aptamer sequence: For binding studies, perform a refolding program to ensure proper function (i.e. binding to antigen or target). Refer to the aptamer reference source for the appropriate refolding parameters and binding conditions. Note: it is unknown whether aptamer functions properly without refolding. Binds to the A1 domain of vWF and completely inhibits ristocetin-induced platelet aggregation at a concentration of 250 nM.
